I have GTPL connection and my internet is stopped working since 27Jul2022. I have logged one complain on 31Jul2022 with complain#19172402. No action is taken and ticket got closed. They are not opening the ticket and stating the full area has network issue and not taking action even though it is more than 1 week now. Please help
