I am using gtpl internet since last year , in between my pack was over so i didn’t done recharge . After two months i want internet service so i serf webportal nd his executive call me to get new connection , i already told him that i have connection but he said apke vaha purana connection nhi chalega to apko naya connection lena padega .. to i purchase new , but suddenly that installation person attach new router and he said apka connection ho jayega 2 hour mai .. but internet service nhi mila 48 hour ho gaye to bhi , and when i call gtpl they said apke vaha purana connection hai vo hi apko renewal krvana pdega apko naya connection nhi milega , to kya unko pehle budhhi nhi thi ki customer ko asse kesse ullu banake naya connection dedo uske bad unke paise lelo than boldo ki ap purana renewal kro to kya two times paise bhare kya apke vaha …
