GTPL Representatives are not attending calls to fix the internet problems and using harsh languages on calls too

Text of Complaint by Divyanshu Soni:

I am trying to contact to the GTPL customer care but they are not responding to my problems that I am facing since 40+ hrs. Instead of resolving the Broadband issue they are using harsh languages and putting off the calls.

 

I am situated in Ahmedbad and I am trying to contact to the person that came to me for the billing purpose.

It’s been 2 days and my issues(internet not connecting on wifi)are not resolved plus the gtpl representatives are so rude to their customers especially Chirag(from GTPL) the one who roams door to door to collect the amount for the connection,  from Ahmedabad.

 

I called them almost 25 times in a day and they are not responding, using inappropriate languages to disconnect the call.
