Hello,

I have asked this sales person whose name is Muhammed Iqbal Nabi Sheikh to cancel my subscription for GTPL broadband and initiate my refund but I am not getting any response from his end from last 20 days.

Please help me to get my refund of 3500 rupees as it is alot of money to me and not an amount to be forgotten for these fraudsters.

I have called their supervisors and their head of department but from none of them I am getting reply and they are not even receiving my calls.

Please HELP ME!!!!!
