GTPL Provided poor customer service, Took payment for 6999/- for 15 month 50 gbps plan but did not provided installation as they said. Also the executive who was appointed have not updated appropriately on time & kept delaying till 3 days. On 3rd day when I strictly asked when I am going to get connection, they said I will not get it & they will process refund on 21/10/21. They have told me within 25-30 days I should get refund by cheque, but as per other people’s compliant & reviews I have decided to file complaint here for poor service & customer care & refund process provided but GTPL & their executive persons. The person did not provided his seniors’ contact or refund policy detail on asking. They are veery rude & poorest service providers. They didn’t do feasibility check before taking money & for refund now saying it takes approx 1 month where some other customers even did not received any refund in 2+ months or so. Please help me here get my money back & do some legal actions against such fraud people & their poor services. I have attached what’s app record, mail record I could not attach in file here. Some summary is as below.

Monday : 18/10/21 – he had told that I will receive cable to set up in my home on monday. On receiving it, I have asked him about update but he said I will update & call you back but did not called back with updates.
Tuesday : 19/10/21 – I just asked update in whatsapp, he said today it will be done. Till evening no response came.
Wednesday : 20/10/21 – On not receiving any updates for setup,
@10.46 – when I called him about the same, he said he will go office in half hour & update me & call back. @12.00 – when did not hear anything, I have pinged in whatsapp as half word day was about to pass & still didn’t get any response, I did not get any reply.
@13.58 – when did not get any callback, I called him again, he said he is in meeting so he will call back in 5 mins @2.04 – again when did not get any callback, I called him again, he said he is in office just now & discussing my connection request, he will get me update in 15 min & he will call back to let me know. I said him he is doing this since Monday & not giving any progress update or no callback, so please do update this time as it’s taking so long unexpectedly. He again said system was down, report is not being generated & when I asked more which kind of report he needs yet after I paid whole amount 6999/- already, receipt is there & process is initiated, what other report he is waiting to be generated since Monday & not updating for installation process, he started speaking rudely saying I am doing your work only, did not had lunch, server is down, report is not being generated.When I asked what report is required now share me sample, On this he in shouting way said about internal process & all … I said if not getting anything I will need to file complain, Well & good in taunt and he shouted more & spoke rudely so many things like where you will complaint, do wherever you want I won’t do anything.
I can share the phone & whatsapp records too for reference.
After waiting for 30+ min also again there is no update no output about connection. On multiple calls/request no one providing updates.
Also, before purchasing any plan, I first enquired in month of August, this executive came & surveyed but then I said I will confirm for plan in next month, so throughout September & October till he kept spamming/calling even though I said in call I will call back when I will confirm for plan.
GTPL & this guy gave me so much mental stress, dudeless, careless ness and completely poorest service. Still there is no state if I get my connection or not even after 1 week of paying full.
I request you to do needful asap & sort this out will be helpful.”
