I am having gtpl connection and it not working since a week. It gets fluctuate and disconnects after every half an hour or a hour. Tried to log a complain but everytime got the answer that we are having our system upgrade so we cannot log a complain right now please call after some time. And we have paid for 2 years and i just wanted to discontinue with them and want my money back. Kindly help for the same.
