Dear Sir/Madam,
In search of a good internet connection, I just enquired about GTPL connection availability in my area via google. Within no time, two executives with the following mobile numbers (+916303375834 (G Rakesh) and +919966771727 (Bhukya Balu)) repeatedly called me to pay the money of Rs. 3899/- assuring free installation and a free 5G router.
I had insisted to them that I will be home on Saturday and I will pay that day itself, but the guys repeatedly called me during my office hours and I paid an amount of Rs. 3899/- on 9/11/2022 at 9:00 pm (when I was suffering from fever) due to their persistent calls (Payment receipt attached).
The executives shared the payment receipt on 10/11/2022 and after that, they have forgotten about my connection. Nobody has turned up to me for installation till now. I have been calling them every day and on Saturday (12/11/2022), I called them every two hours but no response. I kept waiting till Monday, no response, and till today, no response.
So, I wish to bring to your notice that this irresponsibility is totally unacceptable, as you say something to the customer before payment and behave irresponsibly after the payment is done.
I am fed up calling your executives for installation. They have promised that the connection will be installed whenever I want and this is how they respond. I am no longer interested in using your internet connection. As no action has been taken from your end and the executives have shown heights of irresponsibility, I request you to please refund my money.
PLEASE REFUND MY MONEY, I AM NO LONGER INTERESTED DUE TO THE IRRESPONSIBILITY SHOWN BY YOUR EXECUTIVES TOWARDS A VALUED CUSTOMER.
I do have the call records and watsapp message data in case you need a proof of their negligence.
Regards,
Sameena
