GTPL shifting request : 226413
After 2 weeks they cancel my request without information, and did not provide any reason. after that email to “yoursupport@gtpl.net” for information, they also did not provide proper information. and when I ask for refund they said “We have checked your account details thoroughly & I’m afraid we will be unable to honour that request. As you have a prepaid account on which the refund policy is not applicable.”
They don’t want to transfer the connection and don’t want to refund. What a fraude company in Gujarat.
