1. I had a broadband connection with GTPL. I have applied for shifting. But as feasibility was not there I have asked for refund. I called customer care, they said to mail the company for refund and I wiil get reply of mail within 24 hours. I have email the company 6-7 mails, but didn’t get any reply. Customer care is not helping. I have visited GTPL office at Rajkot,but not get proper response. They people are useless fellow. As a consumer I would like to get refund since I am not getting any response from them.
