I’m facing issue from last week, out of 8 days 4 days completely NO INTERNET. I raised ticket called customer care, but instead of solving they simple mark it as close while INTERNET is still DOWN.
I raise ticket and at the end of the day I get message that PATEL SURAJKUMAR is on the way. neither this person comes at my home nor any calls. They just close the tickets and I’m helpless as Internet is still not working.
Ticket nos: 10371649, 10378292 both closed | No resolution.
Please help me get refund of the service which they’re unable to provide.
