Hi, I am Akash Dhakre, gtpl broadband user. I am constantly facing issues of net connection with the GTPL. They are not able to provide service in a well manner. Many times I have complaint about the net connection which stops any time. I am working from home person. This net connection issue is making me face problems in my office work. I also had took leaves from office due to net issue.
If they cannot make their services better please ask them to give compensation for the time in which net does not work.
When I got to their office and ask about the manager nobody answers properly.
I have been going mental stress due their behaviour.
Please take necessary steps.
