Hii sir,
I have requested many time for issue of internet service from gtpl.
They always says there is technical issues in your area.
I have a waited for 10 days and informed them that changes your technical team they are unable to resolve the issue
Or give me a refund for remaining service as your are unable to provide the service..
They mentioned me that their technical team is working please wait for some time
I have waited with this answer from them with daily calls for 10 days.
At the end I mentioned on them that please stop the service of me .I don’t need internet service because I’m doing work from home and I’ll be needed continuously high speed internet.
I have wasted 10 days due to internet issue.
I lost salary for thet and no refund from gtpl as well
Please take the action to gtpl and support to Indian public.please
I’m not only one but I hope so many people has the same issue .
But they don’t have proper knowledge.sothey will not compliant.
