I have taken GTPL broadband connection at my home in May 2021 and paid Rs. 5400/- for one year. After that I have made more than 5 complaints regarding non availability of internet connections. Almost in this 10 days my connection was interrupted and not available wifi connection. Further the staff is so rude they are not coming at home, customer care not providing satisfactory answer to me. Totally fed up with this company.
