I purchased GTPL connection on 4th Dec 2021, I was mentioned by agent who represented GTPL the installation will be done withing 3 days and engineer will come to check and inspect.
on 7 Dec the installation was done ( Just pulled a cable from near by building and attached to router… no concealing of wires or fixing the router… it needs to be done by customer.. the only process GTPL does is pull wire and attach to router….I asked the installer, “Is the internet active and working.. what is the speed” he mention ” Sir, the internet will active after 1 hour.”
Till this time no engineer from GTPL visited to review or follow up on connections installations.
After couple of hours since internet did not work, i called Customer care…the caller mentioned share me the mac ID to activate and within 5 mins it will be done… still wasn’t done and to share to fact not even installer mention to this information… poor service 1
As it was over 24 hours i kept following up with agent as well as customer care and raised complaints on GTPL app. however no success.. i was actually informed by customer care my account is suspended…i was shock to hear this.. when i called my agent about this he mentioned there is some internal accounting error..
Its been now 48 hours and no internet… the only updates i received we have updated request and it will be resolved asap…
Now i was frustrated and hence i mention share me refund as since you are unable to provide service i need my payment… the customer support mentions there is no refund option…I was furious to listen this non sense……and more angry as all my complaints raised via app was resolved without any actions of resolutions or fixings…
My internet is still down and no actions are been taken… complains are resolved without any consents….
