I have 2 connections of GTPL broadband service since last 3 years ,in last month April-2022 internet has not been able to perform due to technical issues ,so I had registered complaint on GTPL and I got complaint number ,but nobody has been responded from GTPL team and without any solution my complaint was resolved, I got messages that your complaint was resolved but actually no one came to our home again I registered complaint and same message I got that your complaint was resolved as per last message but actually internet not working yet.,again I complaint and same things happened thrice and still at present internet not working since last month April-2022.
