Hello,

 

Logging a case here with for GTPL broadband service. I am using GTPL service more than a year and current plan is 60 Mbps fiber plan. Last I was on ethernet 40 Mbps plan and had very experience like multiple disconnection of line, no response for resume the service, slow internet speed. I got a call from Sales guys and he suggested to migrate on Fiber with higher speed plan, So, I want get any speed issue at all. I am conveyed and take a chance for renewal. I paid in advance and They Install fiber and router as well.

Since The installation, I am not getting half of the speed of my plan. I have connected with sale person who has suggested.But, now picture is different he said connect with tech-support. I logged a case and engineer was visited but he said, router is incompatible and I will never get 50Mbps speed and he went out and close the ticket. Again, I raise appeals and logged multiple cases but since 15 days I’m struggling to get proper solution but no luck.

Kindly help me please in this situation, ad I am no longer interest in this service and looking for my money in terms of refund.
