This is a regular practice with GTPL where in the internet gets disconnected unannounced and there is no one to take a responsibility for the same.
This is more of harassment as there is NO intimation for the services that are gonna be affected/ or disconnected, and the Customer Care executives are very misbehaved.
I just ended a call with a Customer Care rep, and he mentioned that there is no update as to when are the services gonna be restored. Do whatever you feel like, I don’t give a damn!
Is this the professional behavior that you’d expect?
This has become a regular practice with GTPL, wherein they disconnect the services for a couple of days, and there is no one to take the responsibility for the same!
