we have GTPL broadband for our office, since last month there is an issue that internet is not working after 8.30 pm. We have raised complained many number of times but their stupid technical persons come in office before 11 am when internet is already on and they (Ruturaj, Ajay, Shilpesh) don’t even listen about the complaint and without giving OTP the complaint shown resolved, sometimes person even don’t come from GTPL and even though complaint shown resolved. They don’t give any service after 6 pm.
