Dear Sir,
I have been facing issue, my broadband is not working since 19th November 2020. And the connection is of GTPL, i am staying in Gandhidham Gujarat. I have raised ticket in GTPL but no one is responding to it. Every 15 days there internet is down, and they are not even extending the days on which their service is down. I have attached here the Screenshot for the ticket. Customer care is just saying every time we are putting your complain on priority and our technical person will visit your home, but no one visited. And the local office persons in gandhidham are not lifting the call.
