I was using GTPL broadband , and my plan was expired on 11 Dec 2022,
I paid amount 6363.00 on 15 Dec 2022 for getting New GTPL plan mentioned below as suggested by GTPL executive ( mobile number – 9558588032),who gave lots of false commitment.
Another executive(9104673591), who also misbehaved in call, and collected Router by trespassing my home without my permission.

I did not get connection till now after payment.
I have not got refund and not got service.
I am requesting for refund since 1 week , I had raised first complain with GTPL on 15 Dec 2022, second complain on 18 Dec, 20 Dec,21 Dec 2022Till no executive has tried to reach me about this issue. I am not getting refund or service.
I am continuously calling service center but not getting proper answer about refund.
