Text of Complaint by Akbari:

WE HAVE PAID UPFRONT FOR ANNUAL PLAN OF UNLIMITED INTERNET SERVICES TO GTPL. EVERY WEEK INTERNET GETS OFF AND WE HAVE TO WAIT 3 DAYS FOR THE PROBLEM TO GET RESOLVED. AFTER TEMPIRARY RESOLUTION AGAIN INTERNET STOPS WORKING IN MERE 2 DAYS.

ON ASKING FOR EITHER EXTENTION FOR THE DAYS INTERNET WAS STOPPED THEY DENY PROVIDING IT. ON ASKING FOR REFUND OF REMAINDER DAYS WE GET SAME REPLY THAT THEY WONT REFUND BACK THE AMOUNT.
