since last few days, i am suffering from GTPL internet connectivity and complain center. every morning i have to call complain number and wait for 30-40 min to connect the call and explain the same thing “my internet connection is down”. during the call, within 1 sec, connection is on and next day same thing happens. Is there any way, i can re fund my payment directly ? as well as, Customer support haven’t any authorized person to listen your queries. it’s seem like total lost of Money & time.
