I’m working from home and I’m using the GTPL Internet Connection Ahmedabad with the plan of 60 mbps fiber connection per year. I paid 6485 ₹ to GTPL Internet Connection for 12 months of validity in advance. I’m facing no internet connection since 10th July 2021, I complain in GTPL customer care on 11th July 2021. They told me It’s a technical issue and It will be resolved in 24 hours, But today still I don’t have the service which they promised. Also, I received an SMS, In that, I found the name of the engineer “SURJIT D RAJPUT” and the OTP which need to submit when engineer visit. Here is my ticket Id 10882335 I also attach a screenshot for the track of my ticket. I called so many times in customer care, emailed to nodalofficer (nodalofficer.guj@gtpl.net) of gtpl, emailed to support (yoursupport@gtpl.net) of gtpl, emailed to appellateauthority(appellateauthority.guj@gtpl.net) of gtpl but all say your issue has been resolved in 24 hours but nothing happened. Even customer care doesn’t work properly and also they don’t reply properly and a “Surjit” doesn’t even take any action of it, and when I call to Surjit he doesn’t even listen to me and talk rudely. So for these days, I have lost 2333 ₹ per day since today Itself. So I lost 23330 ₹ since those days, So I want reimbursement for the amount of 23330 ₹(2333*10=23330) from the GTPL Company. Now I’m waiting for your response.
