We have raised complaints regarding non working of broad band connection on 30.06.2023 and 01.07.2023 and both complaints are closed without resolving the issue. When we call GTPL Consumer Care Number they repeat same lines your complaint is open and we will try to resolve within 24 hrs
We are getting messages that engineer is on the way and after 2-3 hours complaints are getting closed automatically without any resolution.
