I paid for the fibernet internet connection on 3rd June and purchased the plan for 12 month worth 6,095. I purchased this plan as sales executive promised me to install fiber cable within 15 days but now even after more than a month and multiple requests and complains and emails, I am yet to receive the installation of fiber cable. I am using sub-par services out of GTPL’s negligence towards customer service. I need to waste my time daily to call them and request them to do the installation. I am forced to beg for the service which I have already paid for.
