This is Jigar Desai. I have purchased subscription of GTPL Genie+ Magnum for 6 months with all 16+ OTT platforms.

My registered mobile number is +919099002XXX.
My GTPL Genie+ account no is 19587969

I have successfully activated few of OTT’s which came along subscription code. But the real challange starts when i tried to get my subscription on ZEE5.But it shows your subscription is not active..Also I approached W5 Customer care, they also reply me through email that your subscription is not active.ishould contact the gtpl.

I have forwarded this mail with a complaint to restore my zee5 subscription but nothing happened in I called number of times to gtpl and also escalate the complaint to gtpl appellate authority,bu no response from gtpl.

Request you to help and do the needful for refund of my subscription amount.
