This is KiranKumar Roy. I have purchased subscription of GTPL Genie+ Magnum for 3 months with all 16+ OTT platforms.
My registered mobile number is +917984630XXX.
My GTPL Genie+ account no is 20082418.
I have successfully activated few of OTT’s which came along subscription code. But the real challange starts when i tried to get my subscription on EpicOn,ErosNow,ZEE5,Gaana,SonyPremium,Hungama and Fancode; As I have already account created before it is not allowing me to login with the password provided by GTPL.
Kindly show your best support to solve my issue.
