The complainant is on gtpl , the time i have paid for its one year broadband plan the executive said it will take only three days to set-up and you can use the broadband , its been 10 days now they have installed the router and after installation its 3 day they haven’t started my internet , reaching to the customer care they ask to reach the executive the executive continuously declining my calls and while reaching at the office they simply says it ll get started by evening which is a lie
