The company is providing pre-paid broadband services bt after the payment it won’t respond to you complaints e-mail , their customer service numbers are switched off their technician are not receiving calls the are totally fraud & making people fool when u ask them for refund the first sent u to their head office & then they say pre-paid plan don’t have any refund system so after paying money u r nothing to them the are just fraud so plzz help me getting my refund
