Text of Complaint by Chintan Naik:

I have purchased GTPL broadband Internet services in March-20. The GTPL sales team did provide me any receipt of payment as agreed and then did not install internet services. Since May-20 I am following with GTPL sales team and customer support for the refund. I called them several times and sent them many email but they are not taking any action to refund my money. Please help.
