Text of Complaint by Jay Shevkani:

GTPL COSUMER CARE IS NOT SOLVING THE ISSUE and employee Ashwin is the incharge of wifi technical issues in my area, I’ve complaint for my wifi Technical issues (connect disconnect )  ( 100 times / day)
This guy Ashwin is not even responding  and not solving the issue since last 2 months, i have all the records and proof he’s not responding, He just says
“tumko dikat hai to office pr baat kro”
and abusing as well.
I WANT THIS ISSUE TO BE SOLVED OF CONNECT DISCONNECT 100 times a day
I’ve registered compliant more than 100 times in customer care, or MY GTPL app.
I WANT YOU TO TAKE STRICTLY ACTION on this.
WORST SERVICE PROVIDERS ever, GTPL.
ASHWIN BHAI PATNI , worst employee.
Third class service.
