Kindly note that I have 60 mbps plan since last month and network is pathetic hardly I able to use 10 days as all time there is lost in connections
Multiple complaints done for the same all engineers coming and just go off saying it will come, but it’s 15 days still condition is same
Also for refund they providing after 2 months where during new connection we have to pay money first. Also they have provision to update complaint status without otp also when we refuse to give otp without resolving it
Requesting you who will see this request it’s general issues company don’t bother after receiving money but I want my money back if they can provide services.
