I had paid for the 9 month subscription in gtpl , initial 1 ,2 months it worked fine latter they started giving me trouble, suddenly my router stopped working when i called customer when I call Customer Care number the executive ask that the my account is suspended but later on got to know that the the salesman man had entered the wrong detail instead of marking my correct a number phone number he entered the wrong number in their system due to which they had the can down my connection there executive Court on my connection and after getting the getting the number updated still the problem was not resolved and still facing issue that internet connection was not working and when I called the customer care they asked me to visit the when I went to the office the orifice executive ask me to register a raise a complaint on customer care number after erasing the the complaint on customer care number even for the fire to 10 days I haven’t got internet connection still and just got a message that technical team is working on it and Hardik we ask is the engineer who is handling this after when he approached me I ab kis number but when I tried to approach him to is number he was unreachable and never responded on my call and my salesman blocked my number ultimately also he is also not ready to one time Once a time when I call Hardik Mr Hardik where are the engineer he asked me on call that he is working there executives are working on DP you can check when I went up to the terrace and looked towards this the DP at the location no one was there is it seems that the Hardik was making fool out of made there they were trying to misleading me that so that I could not went up to the next level of complaint, after all this when I visited again of office executive defended that engineer and asked that the technical team is working on it and give me fake Assurance that I get my the my internet connection issue will be fixed by tomorrow,but still facng issue and no one is looking after it ,i visited office multiple times, registered complaint 3 4 time still no solution is yet provided ,
