I have a gtpl broadband connection. My gtpl customer ID : sakar_59. At ahmedabad. I have paid 3300 rs to gtpl which provides unlimited net for 6month at 40 mbps speed, but never received 3mpbs speed and every time my connection lost in the middle of my work. so I have to do all the rework due to the net connection. I want to resolve this issue with the support team. Or if you can’t support then let me know for further clarification. I am really tired of your service for speed. you said 40MPBS speed plan which gives me 5MPBS speed and i have to paid for 40MBPS speed. If you can’t upgrade the speed then give me a refund for 35MPBS speed and continue the connection with 5MPBS speed which actually comes.
every week Saturday and Sunday internet not working. so GTPL company not solution my problem.
