Purchased GTPL Broadband, unable to use it since more than a week. The sales person ShahRukh Pathan (+917778888755) only keeps on telling that an engineer will come. On contacting the engineer Dharmesh (+917990360856), he neither picked call and also blocked on WhatsApp.
On contacting the call center (after so many tries) they said that the ticket has been resolved, whereas the problem still persists. We actually have two routers – One fiber and one non-fiber. They are constantly that the fiber one is online and closing it. We clearly mentioned that the non-fibre one has issues.
No solution at all has been given by anyone. Nodal officer, Appelate officer – NO ONE.
