I took the broadband last week and from that day the speed was slow but now it is not working there is no internet they took the full payment for year and now they are not providing the service. When ever I call them for complain they don’t answer they don’t even WhatsApp you , and of somehow they receive your after 15 calls they will give you another number to complain. And your half of days goes in complaining abt there wifi to different different people . They are mentally harassing me and I don’t know how to get back my money. I am mentally and emotionally so broken now . I am done complaining now I don’t know whom to complain.
