Text of Complaint by HARDIK KANDORIYA:

i am gtpl Broadband costumer, i change my Broadband service in same resident flat to A-202, second floor to A-101, First floor, i request for transfer 10 days ago in gtpl costumer care no and he said your request is register and your transfer within 7 day, and i pay transfer charge 560 rs. in advance, 8 days after request gtpl team come to my home and cute the running connection and transfer cable in new location and then go, and he told me tomorrow new man come and your connection fitted, but after four day man internet is not started. i complain 2 three time in costumer care but not any response, and not response area service provider, show my internet sevice not running in last five day
