I have been constantly getting slow internet speed from 17th December. I have a 20Mbps speed plan and get speed around 100-200 Kbps only. I have raised a complaint ticket on the company’s App and been following up with them since then. All I get from the customer support is “We understand your problem, I’ll speed up the process, the technical team will get in touch with you.” Till now, not a single person from GTPL has shown up to solve the issue. Connectivity issue has become a regular thing now. Previous to the complaint, I would get no internet service 8-10 times a day.
When I called customer support and ask them to get me in touch with the technical team, they say they are not allowed to do that. They have a set of answers prepared and just say that again and again like a robot. I have paid for an annual plan and I am not getting the worth of the service. Now, I feel like I am being harassed. I am a student and have online classes to attend. Because of the slow speed, I face a lot of connectivity issues which hampers my studies.
