Text of Complaint by Apurva:

Firstly, I have already paid ₹6095 for one year connection pack. On 4th December 2021 I have submitted the request of shifting of my wi-fi and paid ₹560 and after struggling 2 weeks for shifting I got a call from GTPL Employee telling me that in my area the shifting is not possible and then i asked for a refund of my remaining valid pack but as usual she told me that for this you have to complain on our e-mail address. I am Student studying from home and I am facing a lot of problems because of very pathetic service of GTPL.
