I have taken GTPL broadband from my local cable operator on a high price as I have to do my work from home and I have been paying around Rs 500 in an average every month. But most of the time within each and every month the internet services breakdown, and also when the services resumes it does not provide the speed for which I have been paying. The behaviour of local cable operator is very arrogant and full of disgusting attitude and he made a monopoly business in our area. So neither he nor from GTPL customer care I have got any help regarding my issue. I am ready to take other operator services but please make an arrangement to return my money which I have paid at the time of installation.And please take a strong action against the local cable operator.
