Paid 4199/- for new Gtpl broadband connection. Both sales and technician kept promising for installation for 15 days but no one showed up. I decided to go with another provider and requested Gtpl to cancel my request and issue a refund. Have visited their local office and head office on Sindhu bhavan road to get update on refund as both customer support and sales were completely fake on updates. Promised by head office that refund check will be issue within 45 working days. Been 7 months now and not received refund or any call from Gtpl on update. Emailed them 100 times as advised by their customer support but seems like refund department have no sense and just throwing same scripted reply every time. Still contacting their sales and sales manager but no reply. Wasted around 1000 rs of fuel and taking legal action now to recover my losses.
