Text of Complaint by Hasmukh Prajapati:

As per GTPL marketing manager & technical team commitment on 11th Aug 2022 ,they was not able to provide the service and commited for Refund on 11th Aug 2022,as per refund policy they are requested for 45 days for refund ,but still refund not received ,befor 10-12 day ago one of the GTPL executive murga patel demanded the cancel cheque for creating the amount by call,but still amount not credited in account.

Also GTPL Customer executive not able to support for the complaint and direct gave the answer we are not able to resolve ur problem u need visit office .
