I have a connection of GTPL Broadband and it is not working since last 2 months. After complaining hundreds of times over the customer care number, email and physically, ther are not looking into it. This issue in whole my area and despite of many complaints by the many customers they are just giving excuses. I request you to kindly look into this matter.
