I have multiple complaints regarding issues that I am facing with GTPL Broadband in the past and recently also where I have observed that below 2 issues with services. Both issues are only with GTPL services and I can use my internet properly without any issues with other service providers.
Issue with frequent ping drop. This issue is only with GTPL and I am able to use all the sites for 24*7 when connected with Mobile Hostspot from multiple providers.
Issue with internet speed and usage where I can suspect GTPL is not following Net Neutrality and I can see internet is working fine with a few sites like Google Services (YouTube) and others but speed is very slow with most of the other services.
