Text of Complaint by Thomas John:

Since six month I activated a GTPL broadband connecting and frequent getting unavailable net whenever we need this is regular practice. Once we complain they inform within 3 days it will solved. Since 3 days no connectivty here. This is serious case they are taking 6 month bill in advance then they will do this game.
