Text of Complaint by Chaynika Pasari:

I had paid 6000 for a year long GTPL broadband connection. Whenever I faced an issues with the internet, which was very very often, I used to try to complaint but that was never possible. They used to always say we are sending someone to resolve the issue but they never did. It took them 20 days just to change my wifi’s password. Then it took them 2 weeks to restart my internet when it got disconnected because of their own glitch. Then I needed to shift my apartment and thus my connection because I had already paid for an entire year. They did the wiring in the new apartment and it’s been a week now but no one has come to set up the modem. Their service providers are incredibly incredibly RUDE. They have cut the call while I was speaking so many times. They have avoided my calls so many time. Then when I messaged with the issue, they did not even bother to give a proper response and they just said Ok. This is really heights. They are very very very rude. And it’s absolutely disgusting how they are still an operational company. Every single person I know has been cheated by GTPL including me. Please do something. please! It’s a very very sincere request.
