We have raised complaints regarding non working of broad band connection on 01.11.2023 twice and both complaints are closed without resolving the issue. When we call GTPL Consumer Care Number they repeat same lines your complaint is open and we will try to resolve within 24 hrs
We are getting messages that engineer is on the way and after 2-3 hours complaints are getting closed automatically without any resolution.
Ticket number: 26585620 and 26594327
Other weird thing is that they send OTP along with the message and say provide this OTP to the engineer once the complaint is solved, so that they can use that OTP to close the ticket. But the ticket gets closed without OTP which should not happen in Ideal case.
