Mr. Kapil Kumar Agarwal is a YOUTUBER. He applied for a Broadband connection 10 days ago. We are not in the condition to waste our even a single second. Our time is the most precious. Your company has wasted our time and energy.
They promised me that it will be done today or that day. We could not do anything else just to wait for them.
Your sale person (so called Kirit Mandani) is the biggest lier. He doesn’t have etiquettes to talk to the clients. He will surely spoil the company asap.
We need a compensation for that.
