Just recently I renewed my GTPL broadband internet service for 100mbps plan. It works only 1 or 2 days and then since then that service is not working. I logged a complaint to sort out the issue, they closed service requests without resolving issue and again they are asking to make another complaint for the same reason. They denied to reopen the previous request. Please support in this matter.
