i used gtpl connection 3 and half years.i phase so many problems but technical staff not solve this problem. Daily 5:40 to 6:30 internet connection lost. I complaint this regarding but technical not solve this problem and rudely behave and say l not provide proper service disconect gtpl broadband connection. And say “Do what you can”. and say “Internet connection will be closed every day in this time”. please Sir help me and resolve this problem as soon as possible. internet connection was down all day yesterday and it is still stop today. Please give me a proper solution sir. Technical Team Main Incharge (Amitbhai Mobile Number) – 9687609408 2 months ago call me and say main D.P transfer but Technical person (Sunil Gajjer Mobile Number) – 9106780570 this person does not want to transfer D.P. This Person say there is a lot of hard work in this. We have been annoyed of the last 2.5 years. Some people shut down the internet because of this reason. Many people want to take broadband but do not take broadband because of this reason. do you know sir covid19 situation so many people want broadband this area but this reason people don’t take the internet.Technical person (Sunil Gajjer Mobile Number) – 9106780570 does not work in the area. If we complain against internet lost this person angry and told you don’t complain against internet lost. so, Please give me a proper solution sir.
